Please note that the report posting onto the web site
is an automated system. All Usernames and Passwords
are generated when the report has been posted. Please
DO NOT call your inspector or technical support until
you have received your authorization e-mail. |

Once you have clicked on the "Submit"
Button, you will be prompted to download or open an

to view this document. This process may take several
minutes depending on you're connection speed.
If you experience problems opening the report directly
